What to do when you worry to much is a workbook for children, which I think is fabulous and we did see some benefits.  It talks about things like worry time, worry box's.  I found my LO looked forward to going to bed to read it.  Find out more about this book here.

What to do when your brain gets tuck  - a guide to helping your child with OCD.  Having obsessive thoughts is an anxiety disorder.   This is on our book shelf and will update when I have completed it.  You can read more here

What to do when you grumble to much is a workbook to help overcome or navigate negative thinking.   Writing by Dawn Huebner as with the others above, as with all her books they include a parent guide first.   You work in short sections so that your child gets to process the information.  Find out more here

What to do when you DREAD your BED - another great book in the series that we are currently working through.  Our LO is a night owl (well his anxiety plays a big part in his fear of sleep), this book is full of tricks, like card tricks so its a working book for night.   We are currently working through it.  Find more information here
