What to do when you worry to much is a workbook for children, which I think is fabulous and we did see some benefits. It talks about things like worry time, worry box's. I found my LO looked forward to going to bed to read it. Find out more about this book here.

Writing by Dawn Huebner as with the others above, as with all her books they include a parent guide first. You work in short sections so that your child gets to process the information.
